Jerry Brown and California gays Sue Democracy

Angry that the public didn't vote their way, State Attorney General Jerry Brown (a famouse liberal Democrat) and homosexual activists go to the State Supreme Court to try and undo Proprosition 8, which defines marriage as between two people of the opposite sex. Although the public made their voice very clear on November 4th, gay activists hope to convince judicial activists on the court to undo the election. They have a sympathetic ear: It was the same court that created the mess by allowing gay marriages in the first place with a 3 to 4 vote. See Chick's DOOM TOWN.
