Nebraska Races to Change Baby Law

A 30th child was surrendered to Nebraska's state government to raise with the words "Safe Haven". Law makers intended for the law to be used to save unwanted babies, but many teens have been turned in as well. This latest "orphan" was 18-years-old and bipolar. The state Congress plans to meet quickly to change the law, so if you have a spoiled kid that needs new parents, you may want to get a flight to our nation's breadbasket! See Chick's THE BRAT.
