California Courts Overrules Voter Ban on Gay Marriage

The California Supreme Court overturns the voter approved ban on gay marriage. It seems that in most cases where gay marriage is permitted (including Canada) , it happens through judicial activism instead of democratic means. The next battle will probably be over a state constitutional amendment to ban it again. Meanwhile, in Hollywood, actress Jodi Foster leaves her long time Lesbian girl friend.
