13-year-old fathers baby with 15-year-old Mom

Two English children of welfare parents give birth to a baby. It happens a lot, but the "dad" in this instance is just 13, and the mother is 15. They plan to go to Church and take a child raising course. Too bad they didn't go to Church before and learn about appropriate relationships. See Chick's BABY TALK.
