Texas Court rules Raid was "illegal"

A Texas court rules the raid on the Mormon sect to rescue underaged girls from sexual abuse was illegal. One factor for the ruling was the State's failure to find the girl who called in the tip. She claimed she was 16 and forced into marriage and sex. (Did they check a few feet underground in the garden?) See Chick's THE ENCHANTER.
