The Church of England Condemns Iraq War

In an ongoing move to the left, the Church of England condemned the Iraq war as "immoral". The Church has become more and more political in the last few decades, practicing a social activist type of preaching that Chick calls "Liberation Theology". South American Catholic leaders were big into it in the 1970s and 1980s, but the current Vatican leadership has cracked down on it somewhat.
